Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ecoclean.com.ph. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ecoclean Soap and Detergent Manufacturing, Brgy Sta. Cruz San Pablo City Laguna Philippines 4000

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Before returning an item, please check our Return policy (stated in the Terms and Conditions page) to make sure your item is eligible for return. 

If your return meets all the requirements, you may start to fill in the Return Form. The return process starts from the date you submit the form. The process usually takes 7-14 business days.

All items sold on Ecoclean Soap and Detergent Manufacturing undergo to quality control process. However, issues may still occur and it is our obligation to investigate and rectify the latter.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Item must be in the same condition when you received it, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, delivery receipt, etc.)
  • Return reason has to be valid (check out below)
  • If your item meets the requirements, return then can be initiated.

You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:

Packaging of the item shows clear physical damaged and/or is broken on arrival.

- Plastic wrap or seal should be intact
- Item must not be used
- Item must include all packaging and accessories

Defective Item

The item can be tampered, unusual smell and discoloration

- Item can be used but must be in condition ‘as new’
- Item must include all packaging.

Wrong item

The item delivered is different from the receipt.

- Item must not be used (if it is possible to distinguish the item from its packaging)
- Item must be sealed, in original condition, with all packaging

Unhappy with product quality

Quality of item is not as per your expectation

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
