Shipping policy
After you have successfully placed your order, you will instantly receive an email notification. A Customer Representative will also call you to conduct a verification process.
Once we have successfully verified your information and payment, we will process your order within 24 hours.
The lead time may take within 5 -15 business days on some occasion due to stock availability and unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that we will notify you accordingly.
Unfortunately we cannot provide you when is the exact day you can receive your orders.
Our delivery / Shipper will contact you beforehand so you know that your delivery will be fulfilled on such a date. As long as you have notified your household of your delivery, we will hand down your orders.
For COD, make sure that the receiver has your payment. If your representative fails to provide the total payment for your orders upon the arrival of our delivery/shipper, they will back-load the products and we will have to reschedule the delivery date.
Ecoclean will deliver your order following the delivery address you provide on your registration/account, whether it is your house address or office address.
In case you want to change your delivery address afterward, you may do so; login to your account > click on Address Book > edit your address.
NOTE: Delivery addresses can only be changed if the orders have not been processed yet. Once processed, we can no longer change the Purchase Order since these are already been handed over to our warehouse.
You can pick up your orders at our Store, Brgy Sta. Cruz San Pablo City Laguna Philippines 4000 if you are near the area.
You can purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different shipping addresses.
